General Return Policy
Physical Products: Returns are accepted within [7 days] of delivery. The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Digital Products: Once accessed, downloaded, or delivered, digital products cannot be returned due to their nature.
Services: Since services involve time and expertise, they are non-returnable once project work has started.
Exceptions
If the product delivered is defective or damaged upon arrival, you may request a replacement or credit.
Returns are not applicable for “change of mind” after service has begun.
